I've not been on the forums for a little while, it's been a busy time but I've still managed to get some good consolidation runs in after finishing C25K programme.
Figured if I'm really gonna be a bit more serious about this and go to 10k eventually, I ought to treat myself to some 'proper' new shoes..... Choosen completely by gait analysis, recommendation & of course comfort, I ended up with these bad boys!
They feel absolutely amazing and I love them but they really should have come with a free pair of shades! β π β
Happy weekend running everyone!

I remember one of my first c25k runs when a dog walker commented on my bright orange laces on black trainers π god knows what he would say about these! π€£
Hey Katnap, yes they are, I found it fascinating how much just the brand of shoes changed my landing foot at slow motion, these just blew all the others away! π
That's great, I know it's possible to buy shoes cheaper online, which if your buying the same shoes as you've had before works OK, but I'm so glad I went to my nearest running shop, the guy was so knowledgeable and helpful. There was no way I was getting out of there with something unsuitable, but not once did I feel like he was being pushy!
Thank you Deals, breaking them in around the house today as I didn't want to do my long run in them this morning. They can have a first outing on my short one Tues am...π
...hold on, just let me adjust the brightness on my iPadπ Ah, that's better! I think they're great and as Equi-geek points out - they won't stay that colour for long!!
Sweet lord above they're bright enough for me to wear! Even though I only have a couple of runs in my new ones, I'm seriously considering another pair... π
