Morning all, I received a PM from a forum member this morning and had accessed my inbox from my ipad and instead of clicking to open, clicked delete (in my defence before my morning shot of caffeine) βοΈ Is it possible to please re send it? The username could have begun Sue/Suey?

ππ This made me laugh Lexi.
I have these everyday, but fortunately never deleted a message on this motivational magic forum.

Hiya Tbae, lovely to hear from you hope you are well too, very much looking forward to summer here, one like your last one would be pretty special. We put our new shade sail up two weekends ago and love it, its brilliant, catches and holds the torrential rain we are getting really well, we had to prop a broom handle underneath it (in the sun umbrella slot of the outdoor table) just to get rid of the big pond forming above. Still OH put his great DIY skills to the test!
Iβm thinking Sue might have been a scam message, so sheβs out of luck if sheβs after my money now, just bought a new pair of running shoes today and ka ching! two new pairs of specs and sunnies in anticipation of sunshine. π€ π
Your good for the soul Lexi.
Got to have a laugh.
Just spoken to a young lady in the gym, mountaineer and rugby player coming your way soon for a year in NZ.
Amazing,very envious.

Not me Lexi, but good to hear from you. Hope you get a cracking summer over there. You can post us sunny running photos while weβre sliding around on snow and ice! πβ€οΈ
Hiya Md, thank you its so good to be back, I was the author of my own misfortune really, stopped going to pilates, my shoes were a good brand but not right for me and I thought the pain would get better and perservered, daft! Well am now a reformed woman (almost - not giving up pinot gris just yet) but new shoes, (my new little darlings are drying right now) a windproof and waterproof jacket and I can run happily in the rain and wind. Stretching exercises and the plank challenge from the weight loss site, Will see me needing a cape soon π¦ΈπΌββοΈ A summer like yours would be very, very nice. Although, those that run in snow and ice are true superheroes. Take care x
Iβve already armed myself with studded winter running shoes and a stretchy waterproof jacket...just need the ice now! π
Weβre in the English Lake District at the moment, though, and people up here are much hardier than me. We did a low level walk today due to the severe gales and torrential rain, and local runners were passing us just wearing shorts and a soaking wet fleece top! Iβd at least want full length tights and something waterproof on! ππ
