So glad I was doing it on the flat. If I'd been doing it from my house instead of my daughter's I don't think I would have made it.

I haven't even braved Stepping Stone yet - although I probably should next time out. Speed is manageable, but mainly because it's short!

Stepping Stone is the one I listened to so I could hear what they all sounded like. I don't think I've ever run to it.
