After a hideous October, when work and life meant there was very little running, today was a lovely pick-me-up.
I ditched audible in favour of my pounding Midlife Crisis playlist and my pace and enthusiasm were reignited.
Strong easterly wind had tears streaming down my face but fab when it pushes you home. 400+ calories so will indulge in a Cherry Bakewell later!

Hah yes! I figure it’s worth picking a route so the wind invigorates on the way out then helps out on the way back.
Infinitely preferable to all that sunshine!

Nice run Sararara, brilliant! 👏👏 Glad the wind helped you too. That’s a mighty good plan having a tailwind on the way home!
Might need to wear my gloves for the first time tomorrow ..... hope the wind isn’t too fierce .... 💨 🏃♀️
