It's a little difficult to answer this as you have provided so little information :)

What would be a typical week for you in terms of running and other exercise?

Hi. Thanks for responding. Signed up to site as I had finished a run this morning after talking to a lady who has also recently started &used it. I try & run minimum 3 x wk. Between 5-10k. Trails & some hilly stuff. Often runs end up bunched together because of work. Run with local groups and on my own. Always feel creeky when I get off a chair. It does settle with activity.

Would love to improve pace but not sure how best to do that. It feels like I just have 1 pace. Was wondering about a PT but it's costly. Are there any plan's to work to? 🤔 Pink

Hmmm. I myself feel creaky first thing in the morning, or when I've been sitting for a while. I tend to think it's a factor of age (I'm 49), and am generally happy with the improvement that moving around brings. But you may find a trip to a good sports physio or massage therapist beneficial.

It looks as though you are working fairly hard on your runs, and not taking much rest between them - this could be making you feel a bit sore. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but if it bothers you you could perhaps try missing a run or two every two or three weeks to see if that helps?

As regards pace, what sort of speed work are you doing? Have you tried pushing your pace? Do your running clubs offer any speed intervals sessions you could join in with? Have you thought about trying longer distances?

There's lots of things to try 😊
