Turned ankle

Some advice please - so today was a rest day, but out for a walk with the dogs I turned my ankle, falling over. It’s ok to walk on but starting to get stiff and a little sore. I’m due to run 6k tomorrow -

Is there anything I can do tonight that will ensure it’s ok in the morning??

No... not really.. heal and wait.. the runs do :) It is really not worth any harsher injury :)

Thanks! I think your right. Shame, I was looking forward to my Sunday morning 😔. As my other half said, best rest it and be out for a few days rather than push it and be out for longer

Yep, stay off it until it’s better or you will be out longer than you need. Good luck

Boo, what a shame Jen. But as the others have said, it’s far better to rest it now rather than risk aggravating it and leaving you out for longer. Good luck! 😀
