First run after a bug & enthusiasm returns.๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Yesterday evening was my first run in 2&1/2 weeks, thanks to the current school bug & the first run Iโ€™ve enjoyed in a month - with hindsight I may have been โ€œbug brewingโ€ because I was struggling and beginning to think that somehow the ability to run for 30 minutes had deserted me.

Off I went with no time in mind, just the intention to see how it went and deliberately going slow and staying slow. I canโ€™t tell you how lovely it was to enjoy a run from beginning to end after struggling. ๐Ÿ˜„

โ€œBug brewingโ€ is often the cause of a run struggle! I hate that. And I never put two and two together until much later, always assuming I have just lost 50% of my fitness for no reason and because I am rubbish! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Glad to hear you are back out there and over your bug. ๐Ÿœ ๐Ÿ› ๐Ÿ•ท

And yay for a lovely run. Well done, Elfe. ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

Thank you Sadie. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ You are absolutely right. I just thought that my ability to run for 30 mins had leaked away & yes, thought I was rubbish. Bah to bugs!๐Ÿ˜‚
