Managed my first 10k since June (obviously been running 5ks in between). Was able to take in two memorials on the run. This 10k is dedicated to all those who gave their tomorrow for our today.

Well Done Julietfred, especially as you haven’t done a long one for a while. It’s lovely to do a run in support of remembrance. That looks like a nice memorial too.
