Did some hills ....snail pace, week 1 magic 10k!

Did some hills for my week 1, run 2. Went super slow and felt okay...also definitely felt some glute activation, mine are lazy buggers. First Park run hopefully on Saturday, getting nervous .

I've added a screen shot, hill evidence !!! So slow ... . .though...!

Well done! I really don’t do hills and, as I live in Lincolnshire, it’s probably just as well 😂

I live in Cambridgeshire which is about as flat as you can get! So not too many opportunities for hill climbing.

Enjoy park run, I've done 5 now, love them

I’m envious of runners living in flat areas, hills!!!! I crawl up them and am surrounded by them. Well done Snuffy
