At the age of 65 and not having run since I’ve known him (34 years), the OH has decided to give C25k a go and asked me to keep him company for his first outing. Well, 3.7k at a pace of 8.08 (bearing in mind you only ‘gentle jog’ for 8 of the 30 minutes) and I think I am going to have difficulty keeping up 🤦♀️ At least he had the good grace to be redder in the face and sweaty at the end!

How fantastic that hubby has seen how well you are doing that he wants to do the same. Re you going to do c25k with him and then run off and do your own thing?
