Running group and cake!

I went out with my usual running group this morning and we did a new route which was nice. I had no idea there was a birthday party at the end of it including CAKE! I was made up 😋

I was half listening to Laura and half chatting. I overtook a couple of other runners for the first time ever!

And I know what you mean about passing people. It’s still alien to be, but I do pass a fair number at parkrun. I almost want to ask them if it’s ok! 😅🏃‍♀️
