Reached 9 mile goal

Can’t believe it, I ran 9 miles and could have carried on but it was getting dark. Fellow runners, how did we get to these terrific goals that we set ourselves? It’s amazing, we’re all amazing. Sorry, but I’m on a high as I feel like a proper runner. P.S. it’s my birthday and Im 65 today(30th). Happy running everybody

This is very true, 2 years ago I was on crutches after having steel pins put in my foot. Life is uncertain, live it to the full that’s what I say.

I started C25K at 65.. Graduated the week before Christmas 2015

You are a real runner indeed.. and how ever did we get here ??? HM next..? I am back in training for mine, after some long spells on the IC
