Absolutely riddled with self doubt today. Got up feeling pretty ok, had breakfast, BOOM! Sluggish. Ok, maybe cheese toasties were a bad idea, but plenty of hydration had, but there's a pretty loud voice saying that I can't do it. That I won't even make 5k, let alone the 8.5 I want today.
Need to find a way to silence my inner disenters, or at least shout them down until I'm past the toxic ten. ๐ญ
