Got a new pb at park run today, with over a minute off my previous best and this afternoon I'm heading to Runners Need for gait analysis and some lovely new trainers!

I know! I couldn't believe I had the exact same time and then my 3rd was only tenths of a second off as well! Well pleased with my new pb though!

Maybe try a bit of park run tourism next week on a new course x

Well done on your PB. Re Groundhog Day two people at Montrose today both missed their PB by ONE second! What are the chances of that happening to two runners at the same run on the same day? Montrose isn’t even all that big, just 99 runners today.

Gait analysis done. I am a neutral. But the range of trainers in the shop was pants, so sadly came home empty handed.

Been online this morning and purchased a pair that will be arriving soon. Pics will be posted on their arrival. Excited!!!!! 🤗
