bought a fan to help keep the temperature down on the treadmill but it interfered with my breathing. Couldn't stop to turn it off lol š

Hello Dave, not sure if you meant to post on c25k rather than b210k, but well done on your w9. It was such a lovely day down south that it had to be outdoor running for me.
