Hi there fellow Lancastrians - I’m on the Fylde Coast - is there anyone else out there who runs this patch?

I can't help you, although I'm interested because I used to live in that neck of the woods!

I bet it can be pretty windy !? 😊

It can! During daylight hours my favourite runway is a coastal path and it can be a challenging workout running into the wind - the sort of run where you feel like you’re not moving but get back to find that you’ve actually achieved a PB. On the positive side we have our own micro climate and it’s very mild, quite often sunny when everywhere else is tipping it down and generally it’s a very cheerful place to wear Lycra.
