Another PB ... I'm amazed!

It was a gorgeous morning for a run so as I may not be able to do a Parkrun for a few weeks I decided I would enjoy this morning's at a comfortable steady pace. The last 100m or so I did up my pace a bit but I wasn't expecting a particularly good time. So when the results email came through I was pleasantly surprised ... 32.43!

So pleased to see several of you with new PB's ... we can celebrate together!

My user name was not very carefully thought out! I shall be 62 in a few weeks time! I had tried a few flower names to start with, but they were already in use. It never occurred to me that I could have added a few digits or something. Ah well! It will always remind me of how old I was when I began.
