This morning, I completed my 4th Park Run and was pleased to see that I had a PB of 34 mins. I know the weather has a lot to answer for but since my first run in July, I have shaved off 4 mins. It gives me hope that one day soon, I may achieve the magic 30 mins.

Yes there’s something about 5k in 30 minutes isn’t there? That looks like a nice park to run TSword.

Oh I’ve just recognised it - Upton on the way to Poole from the Bakers Arms. I used to pass that way on shopping trips but never went to the country park.

I'm told it's quite a hard run but people are friendly and the park is lovely as you say. I recommend a visit 😀

Well done, I’m sure it won’t be long before you’re celebrating a sub 30 5k. Nice Parkrun route too. If my Parkrun was near the sea i’d be there every week.
