I ran my 3K for the start of Ju-Ju’s second week using Laura’s speed podcast, I was really pleased with the results it gave me, 4 PRs with a fastest 1K & fastest 1 mile.
I thought about using the stamina podcast for the second run of the week, has anyone tried these podcast on 10 is the magic number program 🤔

I’m in a bit of a pickle hands wise but my Lip and nose are scabbing over nicely I daren’t face the cheese grater weather yesters though. The thought of stabbing wind and rain on my raw features was too. I much to contemplate 😬
Fantastic, I love the speed podcast it’s just right to make you feel like you’ve pushed!! I’ve done the others but yonks ago, the music is definitely better than C25k which was truly awful...
Yes, used stamina for 5k, speed for the shorter run and stepping stones for the longest run because it is easy paced. The problem is that as the runs get longer you run out of podcast. Haven't found a solution to this.
During my last run I was thinking if there is any software to edit the podcasts. Something to stick let's say 10 minutes before the warm down section ... maybe I should have a look on the internet ...
I love these podcasts. I still use Speed and Stamina now - usually as a means of motivation when I'm feeling a bit reluctant about going out as Laura's 1234 keeps me going.
I don't see any reason why you can't use them as part of your build up to 10k.
Definitely found something that works for me, used stepping stones podcast for my second run of the week this morning which ended up giving me a huge grin 🤣, got a 29:17 5K for my effort. Will switch to stamina podcast for my third run. Thanks for all the advice on using these podcasts on the program. Have a great next run everyone 🏃♂️
