Phew everyone set off at a very fast pace at the park run this morning- I tried not to join in but it was hard - especially as my run app decided not to give me any distance & hence no split times. The upside was a new PB - yeay!!! Great bunch of people - thank you to the two lovely ladies who asked if I was Ok as I puffed & panted my way through the last 1k. Strange how hard I find this mainly flat course after the hills of home?? 🤔 Enjoy your running weekend all 😁
