Sub 30 minutes!! 😁😁

So, almost 7 months to the day I started couch to 5K I went under 30 minutes!! I’m training for a half marathon so have tried not to concern myself with times too much but you just can’t help checking those 5K runs out 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m so pleased, it’s like doing that first 20 minute continuous run again. 😁😁
