I have had the intentntion to run 3 times per week. However the last 2 weeks only managed 2 runs per week and the honest excuse is laziness. I will still be running outside and doing my regular runs but would like to mix it up with treadmill running. A colleague at work has a treadmill/running machine. and he is giving it to me. What tips do yoiu have for treadmill running

am doing mine on a tredmill .then when i have done it .am going outside to do apark run i got told it is more harder on a tredmill but am finding it easy
Just run on it.. so much easier on the mill but can be mid numbingly boring....
I use my cross trainer in icy weather and when recovering from injury... I watch Virtual Runs whilst running
It's easy to push yourself much harder on the seemingly easy treadmill so watch your pace. 👍
The advantage is that it’s controllable so you can set it to just fractionally faster than the last time and push yourself that way. But yes, it’s certainly boring so sort out a good playlist!
Run on the treadmill on a slight incline, just makes it a little more real. It’s too easy flat on a treadmill and it pulls you along, don’t loose the out doors 😊
