I'm not sure how far a half Mudder is but you'll be fine.

Just remember Oldfloss's words ... 'slow and steady'. Run a bit, walk a bit (if you need to) and you'll get there.

Let us know how you get on.

Good luck!

What on earth is a Half Mudder? Sounds gruelling 😱, and in great need of showering facilities at the end!🛀 Good luck, and many prayers - looking forward to your report after!❤❤❤❤

Good luck. Make sure you pace yourself slow and steady. Don’t be bullied into into an injury. Fingers crossed 🤞

No idea what it is either, but did you survive? How'd it go?

That was awesome.... 5 miles (3k more than I’ve ever run) of mud 12” thick up and down dale at Cholmondeley Castle. To top it off, there were 13 obstacles that were gruelling to say the least. The mud mile was my favourite - 6 humps of clay about 5’ high you had to go over one at a time, a river of 5’ deep clay water separating each one! The problem was that clay gets a tad slippy when wet!! Great fun - it’s like Ironman but dirtier! Check out toughmudder.com. Loved it. I hope you all had a great weekend fellow runners.
