Just looking.......

I’ve just graduated and am now ‘just looking’ to see what comes next. My plan? A few weeks consolidation-hopefully achieve the 5k in 30 minutes- so close in my W9R3. Then build up by 10% each week to possibly 10k. Sounds a little ‘out there’ but I’m going to go for it 😊 Is there an app that follows on from the C25K? Help!

Hello... yes I am here again :)

Welcome.. take a look around, you will know a few of us...and you are right with your ideas.. :)

Consolidation... more 5K running, and then see where you want to go next! ( To the tune of 12 days of Christmas) :)

There are apps out there... you could, though, after consolidation take a look at the C25K + podcasts.. challenging but fun... and all about the different disciplines in our running... and then maybe take a peek at ju-ju- 's Magic 10K plan.... :) Great fun, steady, slow and it works!!!

Stick around anyway.... we are friendly :)

Welcome to the bridge 59er ! Your plan sounds good. Highly recommended Ju-Ju’s 10K plan - you’ll find it on the pinned post. Lots of success with that plan!

Thank you for the welcome and I’ll take a look - I have 3 consolidation weeks to make a decision I guess!

Hi 59er , +1 for the ju-ju plan. Getting to 10k isn’t like doing C25K again - you are a runner now so you'll progress more quickly and without the pain of those early weeks. I had great fun with it.
