Back in the valley. Unfinished business

I did most of C25K down in the valley below our village, including my grad run and my first 5k. I know every inch of its 5 kilometre length. Now that I have all this whizzy Magic 10 fairy dust, I should be able to run 5k up the valley and 5k back again. This would be a really rewarding run for me, not least because I wouldn’t need the bus fare to get back afterwards.

It was a lovely run on a perfect day - my second ever 10k. The valley path was almost my undoing a few times during C25K, but now I really feel I've got it beaten. As Mrs t_m said afterwards, "we're going to need a longer valley" 😀

Your first 10k in your beautiful valley Mike and how lovely was that? I assumed the valley was on the flat until UpTheStanley just pointed out your elevation gain. Respect.
