A bit dull really.
I got up had a coffee and half a banana. Left the house ran, even felt like properly going for it a couple of times during the run. A PB on the splits did one of the kilometres in 6.50! The Fitbit lady told me I had done 5k. I realised I had slowed down substantially (after a little while) and sprinted (my version of) to the finish.
