Steady pace, time just under 38 mins, quite pleased with that, was slightly concerned going in as my calves felt tight but they seemed to loosen up as I went on, enjoyed listening to the Dad dancing playlist although the change in tempo took some ignoring! W2 here I come!

I don't understand your reference to 38 minutes. Are you doing the Bridge to 10K programme??

But Bridge to 10K programme is all about running for certain times - not distances (similar to C25K) . Perhaps you are doing a different 10K training programme??

This is Juju’s 10K plan and based on distance not time.
