Took part in first parkrun today, so well organised it was great. Hubby ran too, he's now overtaking and much faster than me. Anyway, l ran in 34minutes which l am pleased about, seems to be my average 5k. A gradual but continuous incline made for a trickier run.
So chuffed to have finally ticked the parkrun box, any more to come hopefully. 😀and
