Just a lovely pacy 5k this morning. Windy conditions at the reservoir meant cooler running and the delicious sound of waves.

Can't wait for next week's Cornish break now 😊

Looks lovely. Were you at Farmoor? Ooh, and Cornwall, how lovely!it was cool running here this morning too, and Ive needed warmer clothes today. Quite a shock to the system.

Yes Farmoor. Love it there - the sound of water, sun glinting off the surface, it's flat, there are lovely views and a cafe for a post run cappuccino! What more could you want!😂

I’ve only been once. A friend who was into sailing took me for a walk there. I don’t drive so it’s not normally easily reached for me. Really lovely though.
