Hi all, just finished my first run of week 4. I decided 8K was the target today as time will be short over the rest of the week 🙂

I managed 8.1K in 56:13 around a park near work. Luckily we have showers available at work 😀👍

Keep well hydrated if you’re out running this week - it’s going to be very hot and humid apparently, particularly in the south 🌞😎😳

Good work, David! 8km is not to be sniffed at. Be very proud! This heat is making running so much harder. I am getting up and running by 6:00am and even then it is 19/20 degrees!
