What a difference a little bit of rain makes. Much more pleasant 11k this morning as a result.
Had some hamstring twinges this week so went carefully but seem to have escaped without further problems. Much of week spent in cars and planes which I don’t think has helped - I’m hoping a more regular week will help the hamstrings recover.
