Had another go at this today but still struggling to get it right, Strava worked ok this time but my first I'm split of 5.47 WITH some walking shows I am still doing the running sections to quick and I was unable to complete all 7 60 second runs. Need to find that pace just under 6 mins per km.
Normal pace long run tomorrow, looking forward to it.
