My god I am useless at selfies. I always find I have to take about 20 before my eyes aren’t swivelling off to one side to where the camera button is ..🤣🤣

I had forgotten about this !!

It was a Virtual Race between 25th June and July 1st. So I managed to complete and send it off the morning before I hurt my ankle. Didn’t realise the medal was going to be quite so big or heavy though!! 20% of the proceeds goes to children of the fallen. And I’m quite impressed that I came 63rd out of 171.

Shame I can’t do the Danger Run for July as I love the Dangermouse and Penfold medal. Oh well roll on October !!
