First day at big school - really pleased BUT.....

W1R1 of Ju-Jus B210k done, opted for the 5k and completed it in a PB but so close to the magic 30 minute mark, didn't start off at that pace but built up speed a bit over the first 3k but had to slow a bit towards the end, a bit frustrating but I think with more even paced running I will get there

Well done, enjoy the journey to 10k. Don't over do it trying to get PBs these will come as you progress.

Giid to be back in another structured programme, have done my 5k so will see how I get on in my next one before finally deciding which week I am on!
