C25k as an mp3 file?

Hi! I'm currently using the app on my phone, but apparently my watch (fitbit versa) will play out of its in mp3 format, not a podcast? I'm not very technically minded, but has anyone done this? Can you tell me where I'd find the files? Thanks so much, would love to run without my phone!

You can download the MP3 files from here

nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Couch-to...

There is a tree like diagram click on each week and you can download the MP3 file.

just to add a clarification for @Tinks43 podcasts are just audio files - i.e., often they are supplied as MP3 files. Same thing but "podcast" often just used to refer to something that isn't music, like a talk show made specifically for downloading/listening on line etc,. Sometimes you get them inside a ZIP file just so they are a bit smaller (compressed) but then you might have to unzip them to play them. The link that Richard7 gave has both options for the C25K podcasts :)
