I haven’t heard this one before but just had a listen... definitely a perfect song to help motivate during a tough part of a run. I find I always have a couple songs on my playlists that help me to push through and it is amazing how the running gods of shuffle seem to know and play the song just at the right time. Mine are Day by Day by Doug & the Slugs and Fight song by Rachel Platten. The chorus of both of those songs can power me through anything!

Ha😄yes, Tbae thank you...have also had a couple of appointments with the chiropodist...and tried bazuka. I really need to concentrate on regular treatment I know, but its not really very bad😊xxx

I've got one for late evening/early morning runners, romantic types and foreign language aficionados. If you youtube it under Rammstein and search for the same title song (Rammstein), you are likely to spontaneously burst into a song, put your shoes on and run epically. You can thank me later.
