You set out your running gear the night before to make sure you go -

You are doing your recovery strength day exercises whilst watching a running film on Netflix.

You re most used apps are Strava, HealthUnlocked and FB running groups.

You used to subscribe to Cosmo but you now subscribe to women’s running magazine.

You buy more running shoes than any other.

You keep googling “when can a new runner run everyday ? “ and even though it says 6 months you keep trying to find an article that says 3 haha .

Your photo gallery is full of photos of you running and you love them even though they are not flattering at all.

I could go on .

What can you add?

You get out of the house first thing on a Sunday morning.

You no longer think of intervals as breaks in a theatre performance.

You buy multicoloured lycra as a treat to yourself.

You walk up every staircase you come across as you see it as good legwork, all contributing to good runs!

The first thing you pack on a business trip or holiday is your running stuff!

You politely refuse the gin and tonic on Saturday evening because you want to be in top form for your run on Sunday!

You get up at 5am to squeeze a run in on a busy day.

You stare out of windows on train journeys and when the area is beautiful you think that would be a great place to run.

You pore over google maps looking for a place to run when you visit a new city/country/area.

Ha ha, love it! I do all the above!

Also ... I run my route in my head before I go to sleep the night before a run!

Happy running!

That’s just the very best reason right there in that photo! What a truly lovely photo 😊.
