So after starting the month still battling the dreaded asthma May has turned into my best running month by far.

12 runs and 78km are both bests, I did a steady 10k, surprised myself with my half marathon a couple of weeks back and today ran my fastest 5k, very happy with that and now for June!!.

Run happy, run safe

Excellent stuff. Hm may come for me next month if I'm lucky. Glad to hear your getting on top of the asthma. 👍🏃‍♂️

Well done, May seems to have been a popular month for running on here. Interested to read you did a 5k PB not long after the HM as I feel my 5k speed is dropping as I build up to my HM distance. Not that I have tried doing a fast 5k for ages though!
