I only have one official park run time, don’t laugh now, 47-48 mins.

Maybe running 45 now or 9 mins/ km.Got a few flat routes.

Would love to push myself toward the 6 mins / km. Hey ho it’s maybe a dream, but it is free.🤔😂😂

Just as well we do not all stand on the same start line,I might clear the place.🤔😂😂
