Ive watched From Fat to Finish Line and The Barkley Marathons on Netflix which were awsome, anymore appreciated.

Apart from the usual Chariots, Forrest blah blah I watched one called McFarland, USA with Kevin Kostner last year. I'd never heard of it before and found it by accident and as it was running related (and had KK in it 😘) I tuned in. Half way through I thought, this is a bit far fetched for me and then was gob smacked to see it was all true! A brilliant, inspiring film and I'm not ashamed to say I cried a few times 😢

If you love running this is a must-see film.

I’ve seen a few clips in films that always want to make me run. My favourite is Micheal Fassbender in Shame. He does this wonderful run at night - I watch the clip over and over it’s the best. He has a beautiful running form:

I look as good as Fastbender for the first 2 mins then it's all uphill from there!!! When he stops at traffic lights jogging on the spot, I have a lay down until lights have changed! Your right he had great form.

Kilian Jornet’s films are all breathtaking. Unbreakable, about the Western States 100 is great.

Free to Run on amazon prime. Documentary about women being 'allowed' to run, very inspirational and just what I needed to kick start redoing C25K again after various injuries... Xx
