10k bling for myself and hubby !!!

so yesterday was colchester 10k i havent done a 10k for bling before and i found it tougher than my half marathon lol even though the course was flatter ! , my husband had a blast he is faster than me so i told him to run his own race ... the support was fab and the madal is a goodun , and we both got PBs 1hr 13 min for me and 56 mins for hubby .. also met a couple girls there i know so a good sweaty hug day was had !!! ... also hubby needs to work on his medal wearing skills ie not back to front lol cos he has definatly got the bug !!

Fab! Well done to both of you! Me and my hubby both got 10k medals yesterday too! Nothing like a bit of 'quality time' running together, although like you, I was some way behind my husband!🏃🏻🏃🏽‍♀️🙂

lol yes they do like to zoom off , we have anther event this sunday running with hubby daughter and her partner at colchester zoo , he has instructions to stay with the pack on this one !!! lmao
