Hi I have felt a sore cramp sort of pain under the arches of my middle toes when I get to about 8k. I normally stop wriggle my toes round and then carryon a few times. Anyone else get this?? The pain is gone after running and not there on early part of run or day after

Yes I used to. Dunno why but I got stronger and it just sorted itself out
You can do feet and toe exercises, and spend time without shoes, which I did and do now. in bare feet , try standing on one leg and then the other. You can do,that every time you brush your teeth. It works those feet and ankles, toes 😃
I walk around the house bare feet all the time but I'll do some toe wriggles and pick up stuff with toes a little more like I said it's only after abut 8k so I'm not too worrid as if it were anything serious I expect I'd feel ot all the time when weight bearing. Fingers crossed it stops.
