Another 5k done this morning which completes my second week of ju-ju's 10k plan. It was a rather uncomfortable run though, yesterday morning I had a slight mishap while moving a very heavy garden wheelie bin and managed to bruise my ribs Hopefully things will have improved in time for my first 7k next week. Looks like good running weather this weekend, sunny but not too warm . . . have a good one everybody

Ouch, that sounds painful - the ribs I mean. You are doing great with the program. Youll be at 10k before you know it, the plan works really well.

Well after a 3.5k run and some gardening yesterday the ribs are really uncomfortable today. It’s rather looking as though my scheduled 7k is not going to happen tomorrow . . . I’m thinking I might have to rest this week and give the ribs a chance to heal a bit, it was all going so well, not a happy bunny
