You could try the c25k + podcasts...
3 different runs a 30 minute, a 35 minute and a shorter interval one (all running)

As Bluebirdrunner suggests the C25k + are brilliant, and speed will help you get faster. Audiofuel who created them also make some great stuff you can buy from iTunes. I have a one that got me to both 10k and HM. I called the man silky Steve as he’s a bit smooth! Good luck in your next steps 😎
