I just ran with our resident coach Matt. We did the "dry" short route, which is only about 4.5k. It always feels like I'm slacking when I do anything less than 5k, but on the other hand I got a few PRs today. After the run Matt told me that we did the first 3k at his training pace, so that made me feel better about struggling a bit on the last stretch!

It isnt slacking though, is it. The shorter runs build a different part of our repertoire. You are so fast though!
