10K newbie

Hey all, I’m a C25k grad So started the 10K app only in week 2 feels weird only running sort periods. 10K seem daunting 😐

Hi Fireheart.

It can seem strange doing intervals again, and different programmes take different approaches. I did Sam Murphy ‘s and had intervals. I think Ju-ju’s plan has straight forward running, so that might suit you.

I just knew I needed the support of a voice in my ear telling me when to run and walk which was why I liked Sam.
