Woke up this morning and am wondering if it is possible to run every day in April?

Am I an April fool?
What better way than going out and seeing how it all goes!
I did and then spent dearly on physios having been sidelined for months with a busted knee and even worse ankle.
I could be being optimistic as I have 2 weeks off work. When I get back to school in a fortnight with examination and moderation deadlines could go out the window. Going to aim for 20 to 30 mins a day with a couple of longer runs chucked in. Got Club run Monday 5 miles cross country and Brighton Marathon 10 k in a fortnight.
Anything is possible and you won't know until you try. I'm no expert as I've never done it but you could try running shorter distances than you plan. I believe ju-ju- runs a mile many days. This is not the time for long runs methinks. Ju-Ju is the expert and has been doing it for months so I'm sure she'll be along to advise you. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
I have run or walked at very least 2.5k ( mile and half), every day of March. As IP says above think about distance. Some of my runs have been quite a bit longer, similar with the walks, but I wanted to set an absolute minimum for the shorter ones.
I’ve found it really takes much discipline to go out every day, but I have managed it, so see how it goes. As I had suspected, my legs are better if I keep moving. So for this month I am aiming to run one day, walk the next, everyday of April, so building slowly and see how it all goes.
Remember to listen to your body. Hope it goes well.
Did 20 mins this morning out 30 in all with 5 min warm up and cool down. Day one complete
I would say yes... I've run every day of April so far
Yeah sure is! After you 😁👍
