You can see in my pace per km at which point the hail starts (kilometre 4) at which point I become determined to run faster again despite doing so meaning I am running into the wind and therefore giving myself a very painful exfoliation (kilometre 5), at which point I lose feeling in my toes (kilometre 6) and then the point at which my parents rescue me and give me a personal best for 0.25 of a K πŸ˜‚

Great effort 😊

Well done! We had horrible weather here today with hail stones too, fortunately my run missed those but even the rain was cold!

Given the weather conditions, you did brilliantly. Pretty fast and burned a lot of calories. And how did you manage to find somewhere reasonably flat in Scotland!!!???
