Solar powered 😊

Had a good run this morning...it was bitterly cold but the sun was shining & i managed to go a bit further 😊i am rather enjoying switching off the stats & just running for the sake of running 😊

It was good 😊 i have been getting so caught up lately in how far & what time then getting frustrated if it didnt say what i wanted it to say!!!so i am attempting to mute the audio stats & just run 😊

Yes the audio voice always felt like nagging to me, so I just turned it all off and listen to my tunes. Now I just have a watch I try not to look at every 20 seconds

That's what I found too. Running became more enjoyable when she wasn't nagging me constantly 😆. Now I only use the audio stats if I'm on a long run and need to figure out when I need to turn around on my out and back. Often I'll have it just tell me the distance and turn all else off. It really is refreshing.

Well done! It feels so great to go running just because you feel like it and not bother about time and distance. I haven't had a lot of those runs since I started Ju-Ju's plan but to me, they're the best and usually I run better and longer... So enjoy!

Haha, I see it. Now if only I could see Thor while on my runs 😍 Or have him murmuring in my ear..., maybe it wouldn't feel like nagging if that was the voice on the audio cues 😆
