Yay back on the road again

It seems like ages since I last ran. It was only Monday in reality but it feels longer. The snow hampered my outings there for a while and I sort of lost my running mojo. Today I changed my route and music. I did a free run so to speak without Laura. It was slow and steady with no heroic sprints. I passed a runner going the other way and gave him a thumbs up and 'Keep going you're doing great!" I'm not sure he heard me but it felt good to encourage someone out running at '0h my goodness it's really early in the morning' o'clock :-)

Joy of joy I've also found these wonderful set of steps that lead from a road up to a bridge. I now incorporate those into my run. I've found a new field too. I got lost the first time round, splashed through some deep deep puddles and came home after an hour feeling pretty jazzed up, wet and covered in mud. It was great. :-)

Happy running peeps.
